MC2 is a universal charger, designed for charging 14500/14650/16340/17500/17670/18350/18500/18650/18700/22650 3.6V/3.7V Li-ion batteries. The XTAR MC2 is a charger that, with its relatively light weight and ultra-compact size, has been designed to deliver very solid performance and practicality. The MC2 has inherited all the good features of the XTAR chargers. The charger has a 0V activation function that will bring even very low batteries to life. It has protection against overheating, short circuit and over-polarity. Two batteries can be charged simultaneously and independently. The charger can intelligently detect the input power and automatically adjusts the appropriate charging current (0.25A / 1.0a). Charging using Algorithms (TC/CC/CV) that are most suitable for charging Li-ion batteries. Another advantage of this charger is that it charges all kinds of Li-ion batteries without the need of spacers, thanks to the movable minus contact. The MC2 uses a microUSB port, which is currently the most widely used, so you can also use a USB cable from your mobile phone to power the charger, and thanks to its narrow shape, it allows the battery to be charged with perfect heat dissipation. When the battery is inserted into the charger, the indicator light turns red, the battery is charging. Once the battery is charged, the indicator light turns green and charging is complete
