This privacy policy has been created in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") in order to explain BETALOV, s.r.o.'s rules regarding your privacy and how your personal data will be treated when you use our website (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Website"). This privacy policy will also provide you with information to enable you to give your explicit and informed consent to the processing of your personal data where necessary. The information and data that you may provide or that may otherwise be collected in connection with your use of BETALOV, LLC's services will be used by BETALOV, LLC in accordance with the Regulation. This means, in particular, that any processing of personal data carried out by BETALOV, s.r.o. will respect the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimization of the purpose, retention period as well as the scope of the data processed, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
In no event do we provide your personal data to third parties (except to the extent necessary for the delivery of goods). We only collect from you the data that we actually need to process your order. All BETALOV, s.r.o. employees who come into contact with your personal data have been duly instructed in the proper and sensitive handling of such data.

Explanation of terms

Purpose of the processing of personal data: the reason why personal data is processed. This reason may be, for example, for the performance of a contract, managing user accounts, dealing with complaints and complaints, sending newsletters or displaying advertisements based on customers' interests;

Personal data processed
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), the Act on the processing of personal data and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments and supplements to certain laws, as amended.
This is to inform you that when you use the Website, BETALOV, s.r.o. may collect and process information that relates to you as an individual and that enables your identification (either directly or together with other information) or that relates to other individuals ("Personal Data"), namely your name, identification number, online identification number or one or more characteristic elements of your physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
a. Purchase details
When you make a purchase, we ask you for the information necessary to process it. Mandatory data are only those without which we cannot send you the purchase and process your order, such as your name and surname, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and the subject of the order itself, or identification data of a legal entity such as business name, registered office, registration number, VAT number, VAT number.

Invoicing data - name and surname, address of permanent residence, in case of registration of companies also ID number and VAT number
Delivery details - name and surname of the recipient, delivery address

Telephone number - for the purpose of order confirmation, communication with the customer, delivery of goods by courier service.
Electronic mail address (e-mail) - for the purpose of sending order confirmation and for further communication with the customer.
Data about your orders - for the purpose of processing them and resolving any complaints.
b. Browsing data and data collected when using our services
When you use our services, we also collect data about how you use them. This is information relating to your interactions with our services, such as when you access our site, what you search for on our site, when you create an account, and when you log in to your account.
We also store your reviews, comments on our website, data about your completed orders, and online chat communications.
We also collect information about the devices and computers you use to access our services, including IP addresses, browser settings, information about operating systems, information about your mobile device where applicable, which website you access us from, the pages you visit, and information from cookies and similar tools.
The operation of the Website, as is normal for the operation of any website on the Internet, involves the use of computer systems and software processes that collect information about Website users as part of their normal operation. While BETALOV, Ltd. does not collect this information in order to link it to specific users, it is possible to identify these users either directly through this information or through other information collected - and as such, this information is also considered personal information. This information includes a number of parameters related to your operating system and IT environment, including your IP address, location (country), your computer's domain names, Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses of resources requested on the Website, the time at which the requests were made, the method used to send the requests to the server, the size of the file obtained in response to the request sent, a numeric code indicating the status of the response sent by the server (successful, error, etc.), and so on. This data is used exclusively to compile anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website, as well as to ensure its proper functioning and to identify any malfunctions and/or misuse of the Website - the data is deleted immediately after processing, unless it is necessary to identify the responsible parties in the event of the commission of an act of cybercrime (cybercrime) that harms the Website or third parties, in which case this information may be retained for as long as strictly necessary.
c. Data provided voluntarily by the data subject
When using some of the Services on the Website, you may submit personal information relating to other persons. Whenever you choose to share personal data relating to other persons through the Website, you will be treated as an independent controller in relation to that personal data and you must assume all related obligations and responsibilities. This means that you must ensure that you have the consent of those third parties to their personal data being used in this way before you provide it to BETALOV, Ltd or any other appropriate legal basis that allows lawful processing of that data. You are also obliged to fully indemnify BETALOV, s.r.o. in the event of any complaints, claims or demands for damages from third parties that may arise in connection with the processing of personal data of third parties whose personal data is processed through the Website based on your activity.
d. News (Newsletter)
If you give us your consent, we will also keep your email address for the purpose of sending you information about news that may be of interest to you, special offers and weekly newsletters. If you contact us or take part in a survey, we retain data such as your name, contact details or a message or information you have delivered or communicated to us.
e. Account creation details
If you decide to create a user account with us, we also collect all the data related to this. The data required for registration are your name and surname, e-mail address, which we use to communicate with you, delivery address, telephone number, or identification data of a legal entity such as business name, registered office, registration number, tax identification number, VAT number. However, you are free to choose to tell us other information about you - to give us your date of birth, telephone number, to store one or more delivery addresses.
Purpose of processing personal data
BETALOV, s.r.o. intends to use your personal data collected through the Website for the following purposes:
provide the Services you request, such as: i) providing you with access to the Website; ii) subscribing to newsletters. Based on the information we collect from you, we can deliver our Services to you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We use the data we collect from you when you place an order to process that order. We also need this data for our accounting and billing records. The data and information we obtain about you when we provide our services to you and when you log into your account is used to enable us to ensure that your account and the information held in it is up to date. If you have given us permission to do so, we will also email you commercial information about news and current offers that may be of interest to you. You can easily manage the sending of these emails and opt-out of receiving them by simply sending us an email to let us know that you are no longer interested in receiving our newsletter emails.

Processing time
Your personal data is processed:
for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and us and to exercise claims arising from this contractual relationship (4 years);
for as long as necessary to fulfil the legal obligation (accounting documents for 5 years, tax documents for 10 years);
for the duration of our legitimate interest in sending newsletters (2 years from the last time the newsletter was opened);
for the duration of your consent (maximum 4 years from the date of consent or 4 years from the date of the last order).
Security and protection of rights
We also use your data to ensure the security of the services we provide, to respond to claims made against us, in proceedings before government and other authorities that control our activities, and to enforce claims made against us.
Cookies
We also use cookies and similar tools for all of the above purposes. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your browser or mobile device while you are browsing a website. Pixels are small images or "bits of code" found on a website or in an email that collect information about your browser or mobile device, and some of these may also store cookies.

Legal basis and mandatory / discretionary (optional) nature of processing
The legal basis for BETALOV, s.r.o. to process your personal data for the purposes set out in paragraph 6 is as follows:
- Paragraphs 6(a), 6(b), 6(c) and 6(d): processing for these purposes is necessary for the provision of the Services and therefore the applicable legal basis is the necessity of the processing for the performance of a contract entered into with you or to carry out pre-contractual measures at your request - Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. You are not obliged to provide BETALOV, s.r.o. with your personal data for these purposes; however, if you do not provide your personal data, BETALOV, s.r.o. will not be able to provide any Services, and BETALOV, s.r.o. will not be able to respond to any of your requests.
- Paragraph 6(c): processing for this purpose is necessary for BETALOV, s.r.o. to comply with its legal obligations and therefore the applicable legal basis is the necessity of the processing for the purpose of compliance with the legal obligations of the controller - paragraph 6(1)(c) of the Regulation. If you provide BETALOV, s.r.o. with any personal data, BETALOV, s.r.o. must process it in accordance with applicable law, which may include storing and communicating your personal data to the authorities in order to comply with tax, customs or other legal obligations.

We do not provide personal data to any companies managing databases of personal data or to any other third parties, except to the extent necessary for the actual delivery of goods by courier service.
We may also retain or disclose your data to others to comply with legal obligations, to comply with requests from government and other authorities, to assert or defend claims against us in proceedings where others assert claims against us.
The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal data for these reasons include, for example, courts, governmental and other authorities competent to exercise control over our activities, to settle disputes or enforce decisions, or our legal and accounting advisors and auditors.
Necessity to provide personal data
The controller only collects the personal data that are necessary to fulfil the obligations that the customer expects from him by ordering the goods. Without this data, it will not be possible to process the order received. For this reason, the customer is obliged to fill in all the required data when placing an order.
Transfer of personal data
We do not actively transfer your personal data to other European Union countries or to third countries outside the EU.
Retention of personal data
Personal data processed for the purposes set out in Section 6(a) and 6(b) will be retained by BETALOV, s.r.o. for the period deemed necessary to fulfill those purposes - in each case, because such personal data is processed for the provision of the Services, BETALOV, s.r.o. will retain it until such time as liability relating to the provision of the Services (as determined by applicable law) is no longer applicable, in order to protect BETALOV, s.r.o.'s interests. Personal data processed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 6(c) will be retained by BETALOV, s.r.o. for the period required by a specific legal obligation or applicable law. We retain personal data relating to your user account for as long as you have an account, as it is necessary for us to be able to operate the account for you. If you do not have an account set up (you did not create a password when you created your order), we will retain your personal data relating to the order you have processed for the necessary period of time, which is generally five years from the date of delivery.
In accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, we take all necessary security, technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Electronic data is stored in a protected database on a server that is ours or is dedicated to us. We protect the database containing personal data from damage, destruction, loss and misuse. Rights of the subjects concerned
Pursuant to Article 15 et seq. Regulation, you, as a data subject, are entitled to request from BETALOV, s.r.o. at any time access to your personal data, rectification and erasure of your personal data, as well as to object to their processing. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in the cases referred to in Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the personal data you have provided to BETALOV, s.r.o. in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation. Requests must be made in writing to BETALOV, s.r.o. at: info@betalov.sk, ,info@beretta-shop.euinfo@huntingshop.eu . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authorities if you believe that the processing of your personal data carried out through the Website violates applicable law.
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR):

The person concerned undertakes to update his/her data in the event of a change, at the latest before the first order following the change is placed.
The data subject undertakes that if he/she provides personal data of a third party as data for delivery (name, surname, telephone number), he/she does so only with his/her consent and that the data subject is aware of the procedures, rights and obligations set out on this page.
The data subject shall have the right to request from the controller, by written request, by e-mail or by personal visit to the company's registered office:

Information about the source from which he/she obtained her personal data.
A transcript of her personal data subject to processing.
Correction of incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data subject to processing.
The destruction of her personal data. Only the account and order history on the online shop can be deleted. In the case of an existing and processed order, the personal data must be archived in the company's accounting system in accordance with the relevant legislation.
The data subject can modify the personal data manually in the "my account" section, after the customer has logged in.
All legitimate requests made by the data subject shall be complied with and the data subject shall be informed thereof within 30 days of receipt.
If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Conclusion
Legislation and our business strategy and related processing of your personal data may change. The controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
Marketing newsletters on the basis of the legitimate interest of the operator (direct marketing).
Processing of personal data in the sale of weapons and ammunition pursuant to Act No. 190/2003 Coll. on Firearms and Ammunition and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts.
Conclusion of the purchase contract remotely via the operator's e-shop.
The period of processing of personal data for individual purposes is specified in the scope:
10 years for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes pursuant to paragraph III(a),
10 years for the processing of personal data for the sale of arms and ammunition pursuant to paragraph III(b),
5 years from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract pursuant to paragraph III(c).
The processing of personal data pursuant to paragraph III(b) is a legal requirement. It is not possible to process the personal data of participants, and therefore to acquire ownership of weapons or ammunition, without consent.
The processing of personal data pursuant to paragraph III(c) is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. If the data subject does not provide his or her personal data, it is not possible to conclude the purchase contract.
The data subject has the right to access his or her data. At the request of the data subject, the controller shall issue a confirmation as to whether the personal data relating to the data subject are being processed. Where the controller processes such data, it shall, upon request, issue a copy of those personal data to the data subject.
The issue of the first copy pursuant to paragraph VIII shall be free of charge. For any further copies requested by the person, the controller shall charge a fee corresponding to the administrative costs incurred in issuing the copy. Where a person requests information by electronic means, it shall be provided to him in a commonly used electronic form, in the form of an e-mail, unless he requests otherwise.
The data subject shall have the right to rectification of personal data if the controller records incorrect personal data about him or her. At the same time, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed. The controller shall rectify or supplement the personal data without undue delay after the data subject has requested it.
The data subject shall have the right to erasure of personal data concerning him or her, provided that:
the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
the data subject withdraws the consent on the basis of which the processing is carried out,
the data subject objects to the processing of personal data pursuant to paragraph XVII,
personal data have been unlawfully processed,
the reason for deletion is the fulfilment of an obligation under a law, special regulation or international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound, or
the personal data was collected in connection with the offer of information society services to a person under the age of 16.
The data subject will not have the right to erasure of the personal data provided that the processing is necessary:
to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
to fulfil an obligation under a law, a special regulation or an international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound, or to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller,
for reasons of public interest in the field of public health,
for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, where the right to erasure is likely to render impossible or seriously impede the achievement of the purposes of such processing, or
to prove, exercise or defend legal claims.
The controller shall erase the personal data of the data subjects upon request, without undue delay after it has assessed that the data subject's request is justified.
The data subject has the right to restrict the processing of personal data if:
contest the accuracy of the personal data by means of an objection pursuant to paragraph XVII, during a period allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
the processing is unlawful and the data subject requests a restriction on the use of the personal data instead of erasure;
the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject needs them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
the data subject has objected to the processing of personal data on the basis of a legitimate claim by the controller, pending verification that the legitimate grounds on the part of the controller outweigh the legitimate grounds of the data subject.
If the data subject requests the restriction of the processing of his or her personal data, the controller shall not carry out any processing operations, other than storage, on the data subject without the data subject's consent.
The data subject will be informed by the controller if the restriction on the processing of the data is lifted.
The data subject shall have the right to data portability, which means obtaining the personal data which he or she has provided to the controller, while having the right to transmit those data to another controller in a commonly usable and machine-readable format, provided that the personal data have been obtained on the basis of the data subject's consent or on the basis of a contract and that their processing is carried out by automated means.
The data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of his or her personal data on grounds relating to his or her particular situation. The data subject may object to the processing of his or her personal data on the basis of:
the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, or the legitimate interest of the controller,
processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes,
processing for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.
If the data subject objects to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes pursuant to point XVII(b), his or her personal data may no longer be processed by the controller.
The controller shall consider the received objection within a reasonable time. The controller shall not further process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate interests for the processing of the personal data which override the rights or interests of the data subject or grounds for exercising a legal claim.
The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time, provided that the processing of personal data was based on this legal title.
The data subject shall withdraw his/her consent by contacting the person responsible with his/her request in any way he/she chooses.
However, the lawfulness of the processing of personal data on the basis of the consent given is not affected by its withdrawal.
The data subject has the right to file a petition with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if he or she believes that his or her rights in the area of personal data protection have been violated.
