Exchange and return of goods

The customer can the goods, when purchasing through the exchange or return , within 14 days of delivery.e-shop

Goods must be in original packaging, with tags, unworn and undamaged.

The customer has the right to try the goods in a similar way as he would in a brick-and-mortar shop.

The customer can return the goods at the brick-and-mortar store in Šali-Več or send the goods by courier to the following address:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged/returned goods.

Do not send goods on delivery. In this case the goods will not be  by usaccepted.

If the customer wishes to return the goods, a completed must be delivered with the goods withdrawal form (a sample can be found on our website).
