Remove the Thermopad neck warmer from the packaging, remove the protective film from the adhesive strips and stick the heating element directly on your back. The skin should not be oily (do not apply body lotion - or wash with soapy water). The heating surfaces will react with oxygen and start to produce a pleasant warmth within a few minutes.
