MERINO WOOL

Due to its long length and short fibre diameter, Merino wool produces a finer looped yarn that is softer to the touch than wool from other types of sheep. The fibre core is hydrophilic (retains water) and breathable. Because it retains heat even when wet, it is the fiber used in the mid-layer of our T3 socks and the main fiber in our T2 socks for use in cooler temperatures.

PRIMALOFT BIO

a 100% recycled fibre that is biodegradable. Circular technology. Tested by ASTM D5511, the standard test method for determining anaerobic biodegradation of plastic materials under anaerobic digestion conditions with high solids content. SensilBioCare® SensilBioCare® is a biodegradable fabric and yarn made from highly stretchable nylon. It is manufactured to reduce its carbon footprint, save energy, conserve water, reduce waste, provide a safe working environment and offer a cogeneration powered facility. It has been tested by ASTM D6691 and ASTM D5511
