Glue GA AQUASURE +FD 28g

AQUASURE+FD is a polyurethane based adhesive/sealant for the repair of medium weight woven fabrics (Cordura) and neoprene. From the SEAM GRIP/AQUASURE group, it has a medium viscosity, forms a 1 mm thick layer of PU rubber that is self-supporting, flexible and pliable. The adhesive is perfectly waterproof. It allows patchless bonding, butt bonding and also reconstruction of missing material in a 20 mm diameter hole. When bonding inflatable boats and mattresses (pressure cylinders), overlapping with the patch is necessary from a strength point of view. AQUASURE+FD is suitable for patchless bonding of damaged self-inflating mattresses

Instructions for use: Apply directly from tube, wilt in 2 hours, polymerize to full structural strength in 12-24 hours. COTOL 240 or COTOL 240 HV can be used as an accelerator. At temperatures above 20 °C, the polymerisation is significantly accelerated by an environment with high relative humidity (90-100 %)
