Fenix 18650 3500mAh (ARB-L18-3500) premium rechargeable batteries with protective electronics (protected) are based on Panasonic/ Sanyo's top-of-the-line NCR18650GA cells with improved LiNiCoO2 technology, which delivers both higher safety and longer life. Li-ion rechargeable batteries are characterized by very high capacity, do not suffer from memory effect or self-discharge. The protection of Fenix batteries consists of internal safety mechanisms and protective electronics. The internal protection consists of a separator, a state-of-the-art Heat Resistance Layer (HRL) and a special explosion-proof valve.
