The sharpener can sharpen all knives with a hardness of up to 65 HRC. Thanks to its compact dimensions and simple design, it is ideal for both home and professional use. The sharpener offers a coarse and fine grinding degree - grit 360/1000. With a grit of 360, you can sharpen even very dull knives, and the grit with values of 1000 grit is intended for subsequent sharpening for greater sharpness or maintaining sharpness.
